- 2 cups cooked couscous
- 1/2 medium red onion, sautéed
- 1/2 cup pomegranate arials
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

- Mix it all together….and serve. Hey, that was easy!
An easy way to cook couscous is in the rice cooker, if you have one. You use the same ratio of couscous to water as you would in a pan and, after the cooking cycle completes, just let it rest on the “warm” setting for 10 minutes. This way you can free up your hands and mind to prepare your main dish.
