Instructions
  1. In a small food processor or blender, blend together the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, water, and tahini paste. Taste, and adjust ingredients as desired.
  2. Add one serving each of cooked noodles to serving bowls.
  3. Top noodles with completed paste, cilantro, cucumber, and chili oil as desired. Mix together and serve! Easy!
