  1. Dry fish and chop into bite size pieces. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Juice 1 teaspoon of lime juice into a small bowl. Add chopped mint leaves and the Greek yogurt and mix well.
  3. Oil a medium frying pan and heat over medium-high heat. Add fish and cook until opaque.
  4. Warm tortillas on a dry frying pan until pliable.
  5. Arrange tacos, drizzle mint-yogurt sauce over fish, and add cilantro, radish, and lettuce as desired. Garnish with lime slices.
