  1. Heat grill, if using, or preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Pat wings dry and add to a medium sized bowl
  3. Melt coconut oil and drizzle over wings
  4. Mix together ras el hanout, sumac, garlic powder, and salt; add to bowl with wings and toss wings until evenly coated
  5. Add wings to grill and grill for about 30 minutes or until done. If roasting, arrange on a sheet pan in a single layer and roast for about 25-30 minutes, or until done
