Pudding Mix Dark Chocolate Brownies

Why would you put pudding mix in brownies?  Because they made them so incredibly chewy, soft, and moist, that’s why!

These brownies have a perfect crust, too.  Also, let’s not even go into how much I love dark chocolate.  If you love brownies, then try these pudding mix dark chocolate brownies.  I think you’ll really love them!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
  3. Whisk in pudding mix. Remove pan from heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Whisk in sugar and vanilla until combined.
  5. Stir in the eggs, one at a time.
  6. Slowly stir in flour until halfway incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips. Your batter should be VERY thick.
  7. Spread batter into an 8x8 or 9x13 greased pan.
  8. Bake for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. If still too gooey, allow to bake for another 5-10 minutes.
