Pudding Mix Dark Chocolate Brownies
Pudding mix gives these brownies a boost in the soft & chewy department.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a saucepan, melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth.
Whisk in pudding mix. Remove pan from heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.
Whisk in sugar and vanilla until combined.
Stir in the eggs, one at a time.
Slowly stir in flour until halfway incorporated. Mix in chocolate chips. Your batter should be VERY thick.
Spread batter into an 8×8 or 9×13 greased pan.
Bake for 35 minutes. After 35 minutes, check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. If still too gooey, allow to bake for another 5-10 minutes.
