Steak Fajitas with Cucumber Radish Salsa
Pat steak strips dry with a paper towel; season generously with spices and salt.
Heat two teapspoons olive oil in a medium size frying pan over medium-high heat. Add seasoned steak and sear on all sides until browned.
Remove steak to a plate, cover, and allow to rest.
In the same pan, add bell peppers, scallions, and jalapenos. Season with salt and cook until slightly carmelized. Transfer to a plate.
Dice cucumbers and cut radishes into thin half-moons.
Throw cucumbers, radishes, and cilantro into a medium bowl, top with lime juice and salt. Toss until well mixed.
Warm tortillas and serve with filling and salsa. Top, as desired, with dairy-free yogurt.
